01About Planora
Planora is an online booking marketplace designed to connect individuals or organizations seeking event related or other services with independent service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Planora acts as an intermediary platform facilitating discovery, communication, booking, and supported payment transactions between Clients and Vendors.
Vendors are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or joint ventures of Planora.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating and maintaining a Planora account.

Users must not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person or business, or submit fraudulent documents or information.
Planora reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

04Client Accounts
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including event dates, locations, contact information, service requirements, and other information reasonably necessary for the Vendor to perform the requested service.
Clients are responsible for reviewing Vendor profiles, packages, prices, policies, and booking details before submitting a booking.
05Booking Process
A Client may submit a booking request through Planora for services offered by a Vendor.
Submission of a booking request does not automatically mean that the booking has been accepted.
The Vendor must review and confirm the booking request.
Once the Vendor confirms the booking, the Client may be required to complete the applicable payment within the period specified by Planora.
A booking will only receive the applicable confirmed or paid status after the required steps shown on the Platform have been completed.
Planora may automatically cancel or expire unpaid booking requests after a specified payment period.
06Prices and Fees
Vendors are responsible for establishing the prices of their services unless otherwise specified by Planora.
Before confirming a transaction, Clients will be shown the applicable booking price and any fees or charges required by Planora, the Vendor, payment processors, or applicable law.
Planora may charge Vendors and/or Clients service fees, or other disclosed charges.
Applicable fees will be communicated before the relevant transaction whenever required.
Planora reserves the right to modify its fees. Changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated through the Platform or other appropriate means.
07Payment Options
Depending on the booking and Vendor, Planora may offer different payment arrangements.
These may include:
- Full Payment - The Client pays 100% of the required booking amount.
- Downpayment - The Client pays a specified percentage of the total booking amount, such as 30%, with the remaining balance payable according to the booking's payment terms.
The exact amount due will be displayed before the Client authorizes payment.
Payment options may vary depending on Vendor settings, service type, payment-provider availability, and Planora policies.
08Payment Processing
Payments made through Planora may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
By making or receiving payments through Planora, Users may also be subject to the terms, verification requirements, privacy policies, and other requirements of the applicable payment provider.
Planora does not guarantee that every payment method will be available at all times.
A transaction may be delayed, rejected, cancelled, or subject to additional verification where required by the payment provider, financial institution, Planora's fraud-prevention procedures, or applicable law.
09Vendor Payouts
Where Planora facilitates Vendor payouts, amounts collected in connection with a booking may become eligible for payout after the service or event has been completed and applicable conditions have been satisfied.
A booking may be considered completed when:
- The Vendor marks the booking as completed and any applicable confirmation process is satisfied; or
- Planora automatically changes the booking status to completed after the applicable completion period following the scheduled event or service date.
Payout timing may depend on the payment provider, banking network, weekends, holidays, account verification, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud reviews, or regulatory requirements.
Planora may temporarily withhold, delay, or adjust a payout when reasonably necessary to investigate a dispute, refund request, suspected fraud, chargeback, violation of these Terms, or legal requirement.
The exact payout procedure implemented on the Platform will govern where it differs from an estimated processing period displayed to Users.
10Cancellations
Clients and Vendors may cancel bookings subject to the cancellation policy displayed for the booking.
Cancellation eligibility and any applicable charges may depend on factors including:
- Time remaining before the event
- Vendor cancellation policy
- Amount already paid
- Work already performed by the Vendor
- Expenses already incurred
- Customized or non-recoverable services and
- Applicable consumer-protection requirements.
11Refunds
Refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable booking terms, Vendor policy, Planora policy, payment-provider requirements, and applicable law.
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where technically available.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and the Client's financial institution.
Planora may investigate the circumstances surrounding a refund request before approving or rejecting the request.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
12Vendor Cancellations and Failure to Provide Services
Vendors are expected to honor confirmed bookings.
If a Vendor cancels a confirmed booking or fails to provide the agreed service, Planora may take appropriate measures, including:

- Temporarily restricting the Vendor's account;

If a Client fails to appear, cooperate, provide required information, or otherwise proceed with a confirmed booking, refunds may be limited according to the Vendor's cancellation policy and applicable Planora rules.
14Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a booking.
Rescheduling is subject to Vendor availability and acceptance.
Price differences, additional charges, or other changes may apply when the new booking date or requirements differ from the original booking.
15Disputes Between Clients and Vendors
